ALÉM DO MEDO
The story of a surgeon physician and also a shaman ‘Nagual’ which tells how to break old patterns that stand in fear to create new ones based on love and non-judgment agreements. Full of mysticism and traditions this book shows a way of life focused on the joy and freedom. At first it was the title that attracted me, but the biggest surprise was unfolding as I traced parallels with what I experienced at the time living in India, on meditation, rituals and ancient concepts. Also provides exercises, silent knowledge, as on page 83, that makes us connect with our dreams and heart.
